Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing service@pelnad.com before sending an item back.

Items must be unused, clean, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personal-care items that have been used or opened may be ineligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where required by law or where the item is defective.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
